Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mitivex platform and services. By creating an account or using Mitivex, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Mitivex provides tools for restoration contractors to manage jobs, customers, estimates, production, dispatch, payments and team communication. Features and availability may change as we improve the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: attempting to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, uploading malicious code, interfering with service operation, or using Mitivex for illegal purposes.

4. Third-party sign-in

You may sign in using a Google account. When you do so, Google shares your email address and basic profile information with Mitivex subject to Google's terms and privacy practices. We only use that information to authenticate you, create or link your account, and communicate with you about the platform.

5. Payment and billing

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees and any applicable taxes. Job payments processed through connected payment accounts are subject to the terms of the payment provider.

6. Data and content

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to Mitivex. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that data solely to provide the services to you.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your data may be retained for a limited period as required for legal or operational purposes.

8. Disclaimers

Mitivex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mitivex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
